Delonghi Magnifica Troubleshooting

When you heat up my DeLonghi Magnifica it has left a strange noise, and since then the "red exclamation mark" lit up and initially all the lights alternately looked, now I have the machine, neatly cleaned and now looks still the exclamation mark and the two "cup people" ( 1 to 2 cups). I am familiar with the devices, unfortunately, not made, and the chief engineer @ has a few days holiday. If not, another random user knows the error, you will unfortunately you still have to wait a couple of days. in my delonghi magnifica troubleshooting ESAM 3000 B I have exactly the same problem. The machine is a good six years old. Interestingly, after switching moves absolutely nothing in the part. .
